Rev. AJ

Artist/Piercer/Owner

Born in Gulfport, Mississippi, and raised in Bay St. Louis Alphonse “AJ” Lind started his Piercing career in 1997. AJ is an award-winning tattoo artist that started his tattoo career in 2003. Studying multiple art styles in American Traditional to Photo Realism. AJ founded Heart and Daggers in late 2017 and has steadily grown his business and reputation of providing quality tattoos and piercings on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

MICHAEL STOHR

Artist/Piercer

Born in Honolulu, HI, and raised in Gulfport, Michael “MadMike” Stohr started his piercing career under AJ’s mentorship in 2017. Mike is an award-winning tattoo artist as well as a piercer. Mike started his tattoo career at Heart and Daggers in 2018, dealing in American Traditional, Neo-traditional, and comic book style art. Mike, a veteran of the armed services, brought his first trophy back From Inkin' the Coast in 2021.

Angela Marie

Apprentice

Hailing from Galveston, Tx Angela is an aspiring body piercer with a passion for learning the best possible techniques and how to provide a quality, safe and comfortable experience for clients. She is beginning her Journey as an apprentice to the shop as of September 2024, and has goals to master her skills in body piercing, before continuing her education to learn tattooing. her favorite piercings are ear cartilage of all styles, nostril, and eyebrow piercings.
